Make Room for Stillness Right NOW!
Remember the balance that we hold within, this can be a time of pushing ourselves too hard to reach deadlines that are just a day.
Plan well, and rest well, remember to keep your lives in balance as others are in a flurry around you.
Stillness is extremely important in these times, do not dis-connect from source because you are too busy.
The ego has a ball at Christmas! It so easily distracts the heart and winds the body into a frenzy as it eagerly gains control. It needs to realize that all can be achieved without always being in a rush.
Stillness, stilling the mind and centering awareness to the heart and still centre will bring renewal and perspective and inspiration. Creativity is crushed when given such demands of time. When the mind is stilled then the nature that is you can realize, and so many ‘problems’ can either be blown away, perceived in a new light or resolved with little effort.
Come to the centre of you, a calm, clear, deep pool that cools your hot head and rests your tight body. Lie in its healing waters if only for a minute and revive yourself.
For once bathed you are at peace and can start your next task from that place instead of from one of stress and anxiety.
Refresh and renew yourselves:
• at the traffic lights
• in the lift
• sitting at your desk
• in the park
• in bed on waking or sleeping
So many opportunities to revive……Take Them!

About Sally
I am one of Margaret’s’ first Reiki students and have since continued on to grow working with energy and tuning in to spirit for my writings and personal healings. I use these gifts alongside The Australian Bush Flower essences in my Melbourne based practice ‘The Blissful Heart’ to help people and animals achieve balance and stillness within.
I recognise the spark of light in us all and call for you to connect with your own blissful heart with gentleness and compassion.
