I believe a natural therapy business is just like a human being. As it grows it develops different needs and your focus as the owner of the business also changes over time.

Zero to Hero

Working with me you will go from earning zero to $100,000 per annum, or whatever income level between those two numbers that feels right for you. What's more you will do it at your own pace, with a little gentle nudging from me.

What most therapists don't realise when they start out is that at around $40,000 in revenue you are reaching a point where you just can't see any more people one on one in your practice because:

a) there isn't enough hours in the day and

b) your body is starting to fatigue and break down.

To create a fully sustainable practice you need to develop over a long period of time. That is where they journey part comes in and it is why you need many different tools and systems to get you where you need to be. There is not just one tool or one system that will do everything for you.

The driving force behind most people's dream of a successful practice is FREEDOM.

We forego the safetly of paid employment and a regular income to start our own practice so we have the freedom to be who we are, create our own schedules and create our own way of working. Otherwise why would we do it?

I crave freedom more than anything else in the world but I've come to understand that you get freedom once you have created a sustainable practice - it makes sense huh!

Building Sustainable Practices

To have a sustainable practice that allows you to stay healthy and earn what you truly deserve, and live your life on your own terms at some stage you will need to

a) start charging a very high hourly rate or

b) start including some sort of teaching component such as workshops or group programs.

From that point on the sky becomes the limit as to what you can earn because you then start developing your own products and you become what we call an "infoprenuer", someone who makes money from the knowledge and ideas in their head. You could even become a speaker and author. This is the point when you start helping many more people than you could have ever dreamed of helping working one on one with people.

The Road to a Million Dollars

You might ask why you can't just jump into the million dollar program straight away - well it's because every cell in your body needs to get comfortable at each of the six layers in the diagram above because despite what many of the books say, it takes a lot of work to jump between levels. If you jump too many layers at once you will crash and burn. If you take it one step at a time, you not only get there in one piece, you will have grown as a person and you will have gained awesome knowledge and learning that you can share with others.

If you follow a tried and true system you will be assured of success and you will be supported at each level. It is the only way I know how to get consistent results for people because systems are what worked for me.
